We booked a delivery company to retrieve our items from storage and deliver to new house. We had a team of four and two vans including the same removal men as originally picked up our stuff six months ago. Courteous and very quick they gave a simple service cheerfully and efficiently. would book again.

I had booked Fantastic service for after builders cleaning. At the beginning when I called to book it,they were really nice and helpful, they suggested the hours required and all other advice, once I paid for their membership they gave me a date and said they would be there on Sunday. I was really happy n paid the full amount. On Saturday I got a call that due to unavoidable reasons they will not be able to come for cleaning. I was so annoyed but when customer service called n explained I agreed to them for the Thursday. They arrived on Thursday n a team of 3 people came in a van. 2 ladies came to my property clucked the pictures and said,we will go to the van n bring our stuff. I waited 10 minutes n they didn't return. My husband went to the van n asked them to come n clean,they shamelessly drive off the van saying we need more teams to clean, we can't do it. I wasted 2 weeks just waiting for these people to come my house. When we called the customer service, they said sorry we quoted less £250 ,now we need £800 to clean your house. Most unprofessional company and cheats,at the beginning they r so sweet on the phone till youbookthem n then they demand extra money and don't answer your calls. If you want them to answer, block your caller id, only then they attend. Horrible experience, never recommend.

I had a table, chair, and some boxes delivered from storage. The team was very efficient and very helpful. They even helped assemble some furniture. It's the second time this team helped me and both times to full satisfaction. Thanks guys.

The price was very competitive and the team was professional, efficient and extremely courteous. Would highly recommend.

First time using them. already paid for cleaning service. Cleaner no show ...no one returning my calls. Not acceptable!! Avoid this company!!!

I have booked two services so far with Fantastic Services : a carpet cleaning, which was good, and a removal, which was not.First of all, the movers were late because they went to the wrong address. When they arrived, one of the gentlemen clearly spoke no English and the other one very little, which makes communicating challenging to say the least. They took very little care of boxes, several being cut/handles being completely destroyed, all boxes clearly written as fragile ended up at the bottom of piles, nothing was put the right way around, I have yet to open all of them but so far one of my bookends (which is a limited edition item and quite expensive) was damaged, one of my bookcases had missing parts that were left at the original property as the movers had put them against a wall and forgotten about them and a chair got a wheel broken (that they claimed has only fallen).On top of that, one of the gentlemen was rude and very aggressive when asked to wear a mask, almost shouting at me to open the windows... that were already open.Tldr: Can recommend them for carpet cleaning, but avoid them for moving as they made everything very stressful.Edit:Customer service has been very nice and upon reviewing pictures ended up offering a full refund.

Three main issues:1. No telephone number to contact when things don't go right;2. No proper customer services to sort problems out, eg when contractors turn up then decide they are too tired to do the work contracted;3. No clear booking process, ie, I made, what I thought was a booking for landscaping online, but although it appeared that it was agreed - it wasn't. There was no detail that the booking needed to be confirmed - so when they didn't ring I raised this as a complaint and am still waiting for FS customer services to get back to me.Proper waste of time!

Cleaners did a fantastic job! I booked a deep clean before moving into my new place and I couldn’t be happier with the results.The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the slow replies from the head office, meaning I couldn’t book a parking space for them as I didn’t receive the information I needed. But the cleaning team deserves 5 stars.
